Acceptance of Terms & Use
The following conditions apply to all visitors who place orders with Envision Crafts LLC. If you do not agree to be bound by our terms & use, do not place an order on our website. The Terms & Conditions link is at the bottom of our shipping and billing page before submitting an order. By placing an order with Envision Crafts LLC, you agree that you read, acknowledge, understand and agree to our shipping, return & all other policies and information outlined below. Use of Envision Crafts LLC Website
The content and information posted on https://www.envisioncrafts.com may be used only for informational, personal or other purposes authorized by us. By accessing and using our website, you warrant that: (1.) all information you submit is truthful and correct; (2.) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (3.) you are 18 years of age or older. While we sell merchandise for children's use, this merchandise we sell is intended to be purchased by adults only. Our website is intended for use by residents of the United States as we only ship to customers located in the United States.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. The email order confirmation confirms that our system has received your order. We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our website, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer for any reason at our discretion. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any or no reason. Your order is only accepted upon shipment of the product.
Cancellation Requests
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee it can be cancelled afterwards even if you send us an email right after the order is placed. With some items being factory direct & our focus on processing orders as fast as possible it will be very hard to locate and find an order once it has been processed. We will do our best but cannot guarantee it.
Product Content, Descriptions & Specs:
The inclusion of any products or services on our website does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any particular time or that the listed attributes are accurate or complete. We cannot guarantee the color you see for a product is accurate because it can vary depending on your computer monitor, tablet or smartphone screen, this goes for the texture of a product as well. Please make sure you always read the product labels, warnings, directions or any other materials provided with the product before using that product. Also, we may make changes to information about price, availability or other product attributes without notice at our discretion. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing or other information, we will have the right to cancel orders of any such product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card or other payment method has been charged. If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the order and your order is cancelled, we will refund any such charges.
Product Availability & Inventories
The Envision Crafts LLC website does advertise an item as "in stock". This website does support real time inventory however, our inventories are constantly changing, it is possible on occasion for an item to have recently sold out and not be marked backordered on our website.
Shipping Policy
Depending on the size of your order, your location & where it is shipping from, your order will ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. If you have any special shipping instructions, please let us know ahead of time by E-mailing us or typing the special shipping information into the comments section when placing your order.
ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES
Please make sure you provide the accurate ship to address when placing the order. If UPS has to correct the address in anyway while shipping the item by changing the zip code or if it is missing the apartment # etc.; they will charge a fee at the customer’s expense. We are also not responsible for any additional costs for the package to be delivered such as mail forwarding etc.
Return Policy
Because our items are personalized and/or handcrafted, each piece is unique and may contain slight variations in color, texture, and size. These differences are a result of the unique, handcrafted nature of our products. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, please understand that these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival, or if there was a mistake on our part with the design or personalization. Please ensure all information, including spelling, is correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for customer input errors. Once the final proof is approved and submitted to production, no further changes will be allowed. At Envision Crafts LLC customer service is our top priority. If the situation mandates it, Envision Crafts LLC reserves the right to amend the following policies on a case-by-case basis. Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
As a general guideline, please be sure to inspect your order immediately upon receipt of the shipment so that in case of a problem, the situation can be resolved as soon as possible. If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately to address any issue(s). We ask you to please not just send the item back without an E-mail confirmation or the package will not be recognized by our returns department. The package will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense. Please do not throw any item away either. If you are not sure what action you should take, please feel free to contact us and ask. We are always here to help.
Refused Delivery, Invalid Addresses
Shipments that are refused by the recipient at the ship to address or sent back to us because the address that was given to us on the order is deemed undeliverable by the shipping company, will be treated as unwanted merchandise. If the address is invalid and we receive the item back but you still want the item, we can send it back out to you after we receive the correct address at the customer’s expense.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL ENVISION CRAFTS LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY 3RD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF REPUTATION, COST OF COVER DAMAGES OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE & SERVICES, YOUR INABILITY TO USE OUR WEBSITE, OR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. FURTHER, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ENVISION CRAFTS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Food Allergy Warning
At Envision Crafts LLC, we use manufacturer’s pre-packaged edible products that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to, milk, soy, wheat, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts. All of the products that we use are not prepared by us and we cannot guarantee that any item is free of potential allergens and/or cross-contamination. By purchasing our edible products, the customer assumes all responsibility for communicating any food allergy warnings to their party guests. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.
Safety Warning: Choking Hazard
Our party favors are intended for celebratory and decorative purposes only and are not toys made and/or created by Envision Crafts LLC. We use manufacturer's toys that are designed, developed, and produced by toy companies. These companies handle the entire toy-making process, including research, development, and mass production, often creating their own brands of toys or licensing inventions from third-party inventors. Please note that some toys may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard and these items may not be suitable for children under three years of age. Adult supervision is highly recommended for children of all ages when using our party favors and we absolutely recommend that parents and/or party facilitators keep small parts away from infants and toddlers. By purchasing our products, you agree that Envision Crafts LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from the use and/or misuse of our products.
