At Envision Crafts LLC we want to manage our customer’s expectations regarding uniqueness and order accuracy; therefore, we offer transparency in our Disclaimer.

By purchasing from Envision Crafts LLC, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or injuries that may arise from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Envision Crafts LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be held liable for any damages related to the use and/or misuse of our products. 

Custom and Handmade Products

Because our items are personalized and/or handcrafted, each piece is unique and may contain slight variations in color, texture, and size. These differences are a result of the unique, handcrafted nature of our products. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, please understand that these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival, or if there was a mistake on our part with the design or personalization. Please ensure all information, including spelling, is correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for customer input errors. Once the final proof is approved and submitted to production, no further changes will be allowed. 

Accuracy of Estimates

Estimates provided are based on current information submitted by the potential customer and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, scope changes and/or additional requirements.

Food Allergy Warning

At Envision Crafts LLC, we use manufacturer’s pre-packaged edible products that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to, milk, soy, wheat, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts. All of the products that we use are not prepared by us and we cannot guarantee that any item is free of potential allergens and/or cross-contamination. By purchasing our edible products, the customer assumes all responsibility for communicating any food allergy warnings to their party guests. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur. 

Safety Warning: Choking Hazard

Our party favors are intended for celebratory and decorative purposes only and are not toys made and/or created by Envision Crafts LLC.  We use manufacturer's toys that are designed, developed, and produced by toy companies. These companies handle the entire toy-making process, including research, development, and mass production, often creating their own brands of toys or licensing inventions from third-party inventors. Please note that some toys may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard and these items may not be suitable for children under three years of age. Adult supervision is highly recommended for children of all ages when using our party favors and we absolutely recommend that parents and/or party facilitators keep small parts away from infants and toddlers. By purchasing our products, you agree that Envision Crafts LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from the use and/or misuse of our products.

Any resemblance is strictly incidental, and we do not claim ownership of any copyrighted or trademarked names or characters. The purchase of these products is for personal use only and does not grant any rights to reproduce or distribute the copyrighted material.
